Briefly: be prepared for 6 stages on the first day and about 1100m of climbing over 22 km. There will be some new tracks freshly cut for this weekend's racing and some old favourites.

Your second day of racing on Signal Hill is going to have 4 stages and there will be a bit more racing than there has been in the past. Expect about 1000m of climbing and short steep trudges up the 4wd tracks.

There will be a feed station on each course offering snacks and water but riders are expected to be self-sufficient. Signal Hill has a water fountain at the plateau.

Riders are expected to wear a full-face helmet and knee pads when racing. You will not be allowed to drop into the race stages if you do not have these or are wearing them incorrectly.

Looking forward to seeing you all soon!

The Hand Over

After 10 years at the helm of 3 Peaks Kashi has handed over the reigns of the race to Kane Fleury. Kane has helped with the race for many years marshalling, course marking, being the volunteer manager, as a photographer and media manager and is now taking over the biggest job of all, organising the race!

Kane is excited to take over and is looking forward to bringing you the 11th 3 Peaks Enduro.

Update

Hi all

We hope you are all as excited as we are for the 10th anniversary 3 Peaks Enduro next week !!!

We have worked hard to ensure this event can still happen, however we have had to make a number of changes due to the covid restrictions. With so many bigger events being forced to cancel, we feel it is super important that events that can go ahead, do go ahead... especially considering we are a EWS qualifier event and we know lots of you are trying to get points to go compete overseas.

IMPORTANT

- All riders, supporters and spectators must have a vaccine passport.

- Please respect volunteers and fellow riders by wearing masks whenever possible when around others. Masks must be worn at registration.

- All riders will be grouped into either Group A or Group B at registration. You can not change groups or ride between groups. Riders will also be allocated waves to start in, but these are flexible so long as you stay in the correct Group.

- Day 1 will be held at Whare Flat ONLY. You will need transport to the start as it is a rather long ride from town.

SCHEDULE

Thursday

  • We will put the course maps onto Facebook before 8pm

Friday

  • Tracks will be marked from the morning and open for practice. Please note we don't provide any first aid or marshalls. Take care of each other.

  • Registration to be held at Signal Hill carpark (access via Logan Park High School. Click here for google map) between 4-7pm. Don't forget your masks please. If you can't make to rego, please let us know and you can pick up your number on Saturday morning.

At registration you will be allocated into Group A or B. If you absolutely need to switch groups then we can figure that out then.

All parents and race supporters should come to registration to show their vaccine passport, to get wrist band to allow quick access for weekend (avoids the need to show it every time you enter signal hill carpark)

Saturday

  • Parking is here (click here for google map)

  • Ride yourself from parking up the hill to the Bull Pen for race start (give yourself 10-15min)

  • Start times for Group A between 10-10.30am, in two waves

  • Start times for Group B between 1130-12am, in two waves

We will have a sweeper riding between groups A and B. No one will be allowed past the sweeper... so this way riders between groups can not intermingle.

There will be 5 stages of racing before riding back to the start area to hand in your race chips, grab a sausage and drink and get your times for the day. Group A will need to leave this area and head back to the carpark before the first riders from Group B arrive.

Sunday

  • Parking at Signal Hill Carpark.

  • Everyone entering MTB carpark needs to show wrist band or vaccine passport

We can not easily keep riders separated on Signal Hill, so for this day we will completely separate riders

  • Start times for Group A between 9am-10am. Finish by 12pm.

  • Start times for Group B between 12:30-1pm. Finish by 3pm.

Spot Prizes - We will randomly allocate spot prizes on Saturday evening. Riders who win prizes can pick them up from the race caravan at anytime on Sunday.

Medals & Podiums -
As each category finishes up on Sunday, if you think you made the top 5, please hang around. Once all riders for a category are in, we will hold a really quick podium to hand out medals.

Cash Prizes - We will be offering $5000 cash, split between the top 10 overall men and women (equal amounts for men and women). We will have a big podium for these riders immediately after the finish.

Cheers ya all and see you soon !
